The simulation software is connected to standard CAD-tools like SOLIDWORKS. A bidirectional interface enables adaptions in the simulation model. By default, industrialPhysics provides an integrated robot library including kinematics and can be connected to real PLCs. A virtual commissioning with industrialPhysics immediately visualizes the dynamic behaviour of virtual machinery and helps to enlarge and optimize design concepts.  The benefit is a shorter, smoother and more secure real commissioning. At the end of the development process the simulation model provides the Digital Twin of the real machines and thus the basis for virtual conversions, remote and predictive maintenance.

‘We are very glad about the cooperation with Solidpro. We believe that industrialPhysics fits into the Solidpro portfolio and we think that both partners will benefit from this cooperation.’ gladly declares Dr Georg Wuensch, founder of machineering GmbH & Co. KG.

‘With the simulation software industrialPhysics we include a very interesting product into our portfolio. For our clients the wide integration of SOLIDWORKS in the simulation and besides the possibility to simultaneously connect various different PLCs enables a fast and smooth virtual commissioning. Together with our other products we offer our customers an all-inclusive package along the value chain with lots of benefits.’ states Werner Meiser, CEO Solidpro GmbH.

About Solidpro

Solidpro GmbH, located in Langenau in the southwest of Germany, started offering its clients complete solutions along value chain in development, production and fabrication. Solidpro’s GmbH objective with its 12 business locations all over Germany is to produces added value for customers and partners: sector-specific software solutions likeSOLIDWORKS, SolidCAM and CAMWorks, special user workstations, professional HP 3D-prints, individual services and workshops. Being a successful medium-sized company, Solidpro GmbH benefits from the flexibility of being mid-size on the one hand and on the other hand, as a subsidiary company of the Bechtle group,  of having a strong partner in the background.
